Allergen Information
In compliance with EU Regulation No 1169/2011 and Cyprus Ministry of Health regulations, we are committed to full transparency regarding the allergenic substances present in our food.
1. Legislative Compliance & General Statement
The health, safety, and well-being of our consumers constitute the highest priority of our operations. In strict compliance with the European Union Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, and the regulations enforced by the Cyprus Ministry of Health, we are resolutely committed to providing transparent, accurate, and accessible information regarding the ingredients utilized across our entire menu portfolio. This policy serves to inform all patrons of the potential presence of allergenic substances within our culinary offerings.

3. Cross-Contamination Warning
Important Advisory
While our enterprise maintains rigorous food safety protocols and comprehensive sanitation standards, all meals are prepared within a centralized, high-volume commercial kitchen environment where multiple diverse allergens are inherently present. Commercial equipment including grills, deep fryers, cutting boards, utensils, and preparation surfaces are shared across various menu items. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that any specific dish is one hundred percent free from microscopic traces of allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, or soy. The inherent risk of unintentional cross-contamination during preparation is unavoidable in a dynamic culinary setting.
4. Specific Menu Category Advisories
Smoked Meats, Rubs & Glazes
Many of our proprietary dry rubs, signature BBQ sauces, and finishing glazes inherently contain mustard, celery, and potential traces of gluten or soy due to the complex nature of our spice blends and marinades.
Bakery Products & Buns
Our standard brioche buns and supplementary bread offerings contain high concentrations of gluten, dairy (butter/milk), and eggs.
Frying Oils & Submersion Cooking
Menu items such as French fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and macaroni bites are cooked via submersion in shared commercial fryers. This shared oil environment introduces a definitive risk of cross-contact with gluten, dairy, and egg products utilized in various batters and breadings.
5. Consumer Responsibility & Communication
If you, or anyone for whom you are ordering, suffers from a severe food allergy, intolerance, or medically diagnosed dietary restriction, you possess a fundamental responsibility to inform our staff prior to finalizing your online order.
You must utilize the "Order Notes" or "Special Instructions" field provided at the checkout interface to explicitly state the nature and severity of your allergy. For highly sensitive individuals prone to anaphylaxis, we strongly advise that you contact our customer service team directly by telephone to discuss your specific dietary requirements before executing any transaction on this platform.
6. Assumption of Risk
By utilizing our digital ordering platform and delivery services, the consumer explicitly acknowledges that the food is prepared in a multi-ingredient commercial kitchen environment. The consumer assumes all associated risks regarding trace allergens and unintentional cross-contamination, releasing the enterprise from liability arising from allergic reactions where the presence of the allergen was not a deliberate ingredient of the requested dish.
This allergen policy is maintained in compliance with EU Regulation No 1169/2011 and enforced by the Cyprus Ministry of Health. Last reviewed: March 2025.
